Echo Sekte is the name of a concept Abel Kroon and me developed. It involved art-objects in the middle of the dancefloor, like a huge black totempole. We played a blend of dance music I would describe as avant-garde in a way it was music that would later became more known and fashionable. We were on the right track. I want to continue the Echo Sekte and make propaganda again. In the meantime, I have grown in experience with other party concepts, like Safari and Bankra. The directions I’m taking in my life right now, suit the rensuming of this project very well.
